A Functional Medicine Doctor is a key part of a healthy, energetic and long life. But, not all Functional Doctor’s are the same. Functional Medicine Docs don’t just treat symptoms, they also treat and focus on the root cause of why you have a dis-ease. There’s different types of Functional Medicine Doctor certifications one can get.

I did extensive research and found that IFM (The Institute for Functional Medicine) has the best certification available. 2. Move your body
